BFU—Bluefish University By Eric Sharp Being on the road and talking to as many Sprint folks as I do, I quickly understood that the BSP channel offers a huge variation in type of solution, focus and expertise. That’s why when the new ICM Advocacy Model was implemented at the first of this year, BFU began to take shape. This new model tasked each Indirect Channel Manager with knowing every internal Sprint and external BSP offering and finding the right fit for the right opportunity.
We wanted to offer the ICMs a time sensitive, yet thorough understanding of Bluefish’s offerings and came up with a Bluefish ICM certification program. The goal of this is to give an in-depth look at our solutions while retaining flexibility. In other words, we wanted to customize the information to each person and their schedule.
