IBM and SPRINT
Renard Smoots is a Client Executive for Sprint, responsible for managing relationships and overall strategy for Sprint’s IBM account. Smoots and his team were specifically looking for a partner to help manage the nuances of a project the size of IBM’s and provide world-class customer service.
