Bluefish was chosen to take Ford’s wireless program to the next level. “We needed to transition 15,000 devices, which Bluefish handled with flying colors,” noted Lenore Dimichelle, Ford’s Mobility Manager. “We’ve now expanded our partnership with Bluefish to help deploy data cards, Blackberries, and Windows Mobile devices to a new community of Ford users.”
“One of our managers was traveling in Brazil and couldn’t get his phone to work,” recalls Dimichelle. “I called Bluefish and they had it resolved in 15 minutes. I have two words to describe that level of service: simply incredible.”
“White-glove help desk support is one of Bluefish’s differentiators in the industry,” says Scott Kraege, Bluefish Director of Development. “After each customer support transaction with Ford, user’s receive a short satisfaction survey.
